Balance DIM Ingredients Panel

Dim (diindolylmethane) - When cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli or Brussels sprouts, are digested, diindolylmethane (DIM) is created. DIM may affect estrogen levels in your body, according to research. Consequently, DIM supplements have been gaining popularity as a potential treatment for hormone-related conditions such as acne, menopause symptoms, prostate issues, and certain cancers. (1)(2)

DIM supplements usually begin balancing estrogen after about 30 days. You may need to try several dosages before you find the one that works best for you. Under the supervision of a professional, the benefits of DIM supplements outweigh the common side effects. As well as inhibiting testosterone conversion to estrogen, DIM also inhibits the aromatase enzyme. (3)

It is believed that DIM stimulates the production of 2-hydroxyestrone, a form of estrogen that is less potent and more beneficial. Additionally, it may help reduce the effects of a stronger form known as 16 alpha-hydroxyestrone, which has been linked to weight gain and breast and uterine cancers. (4)

Broccoli Extract - Broccoli contains a variety of vitamins and minerals that include Vitamin C, Vitamin K1, Folate (vitamin B9), Potassium, Manganese, and iron.  Cancer-fighting compounds are found in broccoli. Numerous cancers, including lung, colorectal, breast, prostate, pancreatic, and gastric cancers, have been linked to cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli. (5)(6)

In your gut, broccoli compounds bind with bile acids, preventing their re-use and increasing excretion. As a result, new bile acids are synthesized from cholesterol, reducing the total level of this marker in your body. Cancer and heart disease risk are reduced as a result of this effect. (7)

BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract) - The absorption of several nutrients and beneficial plant compounds has been shown to be increased by piperine. Studies have shown that piperine can increase curcumin absorption by up to 2,000%. Turmeric contains curcumin, an active plant compound. Anti-inflammatory properties are believed to exist in it. There is some evidence that BioPerine may boost the brain's functions in several ways in animal studies. (8)(9)
