Claudia's story is one that many of us can relate to. She got her first pair of glasses at the young age of three and despised them, as any child would. As she grew older, wearing glasses became a source of discomfort, leading to teasing and bullying during her school years. Back in the 60s, wearing glasses was far less common, and Claudia felt the social pressure keenly. Despite her initial resistance, her parents insisted on her wearing glasses, which led to a long-standing relationship with corrective lenses.

Claudia's life took an unexpected turn when she was invited to join her school's handball team in her teenage years. The coach's decision to forbid glasses during games inadvertently led to an improvement in her vision. Her optometrist eventually told her that she no longer needed glasses, an astonishing development. 

Claudia hated her glasses and is now passionate about aiding others in achieving natural clarity in their vision.

It’s In The Little Things And The Choices We Make

With the holistic approach gaining popularity, there's growing awareness that we can take proactive steps to enhance our vision naturally, which is particularly relevant for those of us who have crossed the age of 40. 

Claudia's journey into natural vision improvement began in earnest when her vision started to deteriorate again in her late 30s due to stress and personal challenges. She embarked on a quest to reclaim her vision, discovering a book about natural vision improvement and diligently practicing the techniques it outlined. 

Rather than resorting to temporary fixes like glasses, contacts, or surgeries—which can potentially deteriorate vision over time—she champions alternative approaches. 

The results were promising, allowing her to stay glasses-free for almost 20 years. 

As a renowned international speaker and workshop facilitator, Claudia delves deep to uncover the underlying reasons for one's diminished eyesight. 

Claudia encourages safely removing glasses when possible, cultivating gratitude for one's sight, and staying present. Her methods emphasize holistic healing for the eyes, and focusing on the present moment, all aimed at natural healing for the eyes.

Claudia's dedication eventually led her to become a teacher in this field, sharing her wisdom and experience with others seeking to enhance their vision naturally.
